Parent Services Project serves as an organizational member of the Community Advisory Board based on our work with families who are eligible for and receiving various public assistance programs throughout Marin County. PSP also facilitates and provides staff support to the Community Advisory Board working in partnership with Marin County Health and Human Services.
The purpose of the Community Advisory Board is to inform county-level decision-makers on public assistance policies, procedures and related topics by providing client/community perspectives with the goal of identifying barriers and proposing solutions that increase access to services, enhance communication and improve coordination between the Marin County Department of Health and Human Services and the community served.
